Cookies and device storage

VAILEAD uses cookies to keep contractors signed in and to remember the company the platform owner is previewing. These are needed for the account tools.

What is stored

The sign-in cookie normally lasts about an hour. A refresh cookie can keep your session working for up to 30 days. The platform owner’s company selection lasts up to two hours. Signing out clears these cookies.

A saved homeowner estimate stays in that browser for up to 30 days. It excludes contact fields. A fictional demo lead stays in the browser session. You can remove either by clearing this site’s browser storage. Project descriptions can still contain details you typed yourself.

Tracking

VAILEAD does not install advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies. It counts key actions in aggregate. A consent banner is not shown for optional tracking because optional tracking is not enabled. Hosting providers may use necessary security features.
