Billing and refunds

Founding Standard starts with 30 days free from company activation, then $150/month. No card or payment is required to create your account. VAILEAD does not automatically charge you when the trial ends.

Paid service, cancellation, and refund terms will be shared before you choose to pay. Your founding rate stays with an active founding account. Pro is not offered for paid signup yet.

If you think you were charged in error, send a support request so VAILEAD can review it. Home-service payments and refunds are handled directly with your contractor.
