Contractors sign in with a code sent to their email. Keep access to that email secure, and don’t share sign-in codes.

VAILEAD checks company membership on protected requests. Office and field roles have different access. Files are available through authenticated requests. Credentials stay on the server.

We test permissions and company separation as the product changes. These safeguards reduce risk; they are not a claim that a system can never have a security issue.
