These terms govern use of VAILEAD contractor software, homeowner project forms, planning ranges, and related services.

VAILEAD is a software platform

VAILEAD helps homeowners share project information with contractors and helps contractors organize, review, follow up on, and quote those requests. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, VAILEAD is not the contractor performing the work and is not a party to a construction or home-service agreement between a homeowner and contractor.

Planning ranges are not quotes

Any preliminary planning range is based on contractor-configured ranges and answers submitted through the form. It is an estimate for planning only, not a binding bid, guarantee, appraisal, or promise of final price. Site conditions and contractor review may change pricing materially.

Contractor responsibilities

Contractors are responsible for keeping their company information, service area, pricing settings, questions, licenses, insurance information, quotes, and other account content accurate. Contractors are also responsible for complying with laws and professional requirements that apply to their work.

Homeowner responsibilities

Homeowners should provide accurate information, use safe judgment when taking photos or inspecting a property, and contact emergency services, utilities, or qualified professionals when an immediate safety hazard exists.

Accounts and acceptable use

Users may not misuse VAILEAD, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other companies’ data, submit unlawful or abusive content, send spam, or use the service to harm others. VAILEAD may limit or suspend access when needed to protect the service or other users.

Quotes and agreements

A quote response recorded in VAILEAD is not an electronic signature, payment, or construction contract unless the contractor separately provides terms that make it one. Final agreements remain between the homeowner and contractor.

Billing

Founding Standard includes 30 days free from activation, then $150/month. No card is required to start. VAILEAD contacts you to arrange paid service; nothing is automatically charged at trial end. Billing and refund terms are provided before paid service begins.

Your content

Only upload information and files you are allowed to share. You retain your rights in your content and allow VAILEAD to process it to provide the requested service. Copyright complaints and other content concerns can be sent through the public contact form.

Availability

VAILEAD may change features, correct errors, perform maintenance, or temporarily limit service. Early-rollout features may change as the product develops.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAILEAD is provided without guarantees that every estimate, contractor response, lead, project outcome, or third-party service will meet a user’s expectations. Users remain responsible for decisions about projects, contractors, pricing, and agreements.

Changes

These terms may be updated as VAILEAD changes. Continued use after an update means the current terms apply.
